Cumulative demonstration & the 67% threshold
Proficiency Demonstrated: a marker is marked Demonstrated if it was Observed in at least one observed session on the Session Observation Form. Otherwise it is Proficiency Not Yet Demonstrated.
67% per competency: at least two-thirds of the markers in each competency must be Demonstrated. For PCC that means Competency 3 ≥3 of 4, Competency 4 ≥3 of 4, Competency 5 ≥4 of 5, Competency 6 ≥5 of 7, Competency 7 ≥6 of 8, and Competency 8 ≥6 of 9.
Competency 1 (ethics) is a gate: a "Not observed" ethics qualifier in any session cannot be offset by demonstration in other competencies.
